But they are, and that’s the thing you don’t seem to understand. Just because half of the trade in the game is done at Jita, and Jita is far ahead of ANY system, doesn’t mean Dodixie isn’t a main trade hub Those who put them together in the same category had a pretty good idea as to why! I can only guess - most likely its because in these 5 systems the player can buy ANY ship that’s not capital, buy any mods and any ammo for it including T2 and faction - super expensive violet, blue and green from dead space don’t count - any material and blueprint to make that ship, mods and ammo and everything else like books, implants, etc, that is required to fly it and do activities! The cosmetics, skins, cloths etc BS, and the superexpensive “look at me I have ISK” items don’t count they are not a necessity we can live without them

Are they going to pay for a dev team to dig into probably some of the oldest code? Will that add revenue?
We do not see a lot of folks rage quitting over a 1,000 stack limit.

Dread guristas heavy missiles weren’t available in Amarr the other day. A few weeks ago i needed to go to jita to find the green gas scoups.
Structure mods are a pain to find to.
These systems are only ever still put in the sand category because they used to all be hubs.
Amarr was the last one to fall holding on for a couple years after the trigs cut it off.
Dioxide especially now like rens is mostly just a NS port
nope. A good part is done in perimeter. It’s plex, injectors, etc.
And standup burst were not avail in Jita either until I dropped some

Being a hub does not prevent shortages.
A hub is solely where people agree to go to buy or sell.
When I exit pochven, I find the closest hub, not Jita. Given the choice I go to jita, but I may as well save 4 jumps and go to dodixie, sell and suicide jump back to jita.

That’s very possible, but with more of a gangster accent.
I’ve used Dixie for over 10 years and always found what I wanted for sale.
I might have used Jita half a dozen times over the same period, but only because it happened to be closer to where I happened to be at the time.
Those items you mention were probably removed from sale as nobody wants to wait for months for someone to come along like you, other stuff sells quicker.

Right… because it doesn’t have the traffic of a real hub.
Going back to the Amarr example again the cheapest large conflagration ammo was 6m a crystal. That is one hell of a common item but so few were being sold there was no competition

There needs to be a reason for Dodi to be desirable to more people. The politics of highsec are too concentrated. Competition for the space doesnt really exist and the major factors are the decisions that CCP has made for highsec while following the advice of null blocks. How do I know this? Wouldnt you like to know…
So expect a change when these factors are reversed or population increases, which are both never going to happen.
