Can you show us where CCP acknowledged the problem and said they would fix it? Otherwise, this is an exercise in visibility.

Nobody said they agreed to fix it. Only that when they do fix it, they’ll announce it.
As for ‘where has CCP acknowledged it’, CCP almost never acknowledges things publicly. Acting like they don’t know about this issue just because they haven’t said anything is ridiculous, though, especially when a CSM member has agreed to ensure it gets brought up.

I also can’t log into the test server, but I play on the test server in Apr, what’s the problem?
If you are a steam player, when the server was updated June 1, it screwed up steam players where you guys cannot log in to the test server.
however, if you are not a steam player, and since June 1, you changed your TQ password, you’ll have to use your old log in to access the test server. If you don’t remember it, then you are not able to log in until the next mirror which will possibly be in september.
i’m assuming you didn’t read any other comment in this thread and decided to just shout that you can’t log in, without reading the other comments that steam players cannot log in, if you are a steam player.
wanted to test something without risking all my isk on live, same issue
cange the launcher to the test server it asks you to login, this takes you to a steam webpage
“# Sign into sisilogin.testeveonline.com using your Steam account”
it then throws an error when you try and login , the launcher should probably just remember what server you select so you can change to test close the launcher re launch it and stram auto logs you in like normal
