There’s the root of the problem, right there, though.
You have problems getting kills, so you think the game is too hard. You don’t want to change YOUR tactics, you want to make everything easier to kill.
You literally need to get good.

This is a terrible Idea, the Blackout is cancer, the VNI nerf was absurd and now this abomination. Who is asking for this garbage? Does CCP care about the character experience at all anymore? Why do a small handful of PVP centered clowns seem to be getting everything on their wish list while the masses, who pay all the money that keeps the game going, get abused in this fashion?

You’re missing the point. Yes, caps have a certain utility. I’m just saying, they shouldn’t be a “win button” for EVERY scenario.
As for my own exploits, I have no problem getting kills in LS, WH space, and null. I’m just very selective in what I fly and where.

Big blocks are not really affected at all by this change and proly won’t even care. Nothing really changes in combat other then small Alliances, Corps, Solo(with alt) players are hurt.

Why? It’s about time they did this instead of every random ship can fit a cyno. If was ridiculous. It stopped a lot fights happening because people would always think cyno bait. At least now you’ll know… Good move…

So now you will have massive fleets of rorqs together with a few cloaked cynos on grid. You made killing rorqs harder because now they will all group up and share recon cynos. 25 rorqs on grid with capitals and super capitals standing by. You have forced them to group up.
You have also killed any sort of carrier or super carrier ratting if it wasn’t dead enough already.
Also, I literally just got 25 cyno alts all set up in nice strategic locations for dread bombs, JF-ing ■■■■, and to just move capitals across Null and Low Sec - LITERALLY THIS MORNING! They have Cyno V, but come on!?! There’s no way in hell I’ll keep moving caps around or using rorqs to transport ■■■■ anymore.

Why not go pick on W space for a bit and fix faction warfare and let null lick its wounds? Seriously. I just moved into null a couple years ago and every time I train something up, you fu*king nerf it or obliterate it. It is really frustrating to build ■■■■ up to have you completely kill it time and time again.
I convinced two of my real life freinds to finally start playing EVE after begging them for 10 years, and one has quit and the second is getting ready to because they are new. One quit due to Black Out BTW. He was an at the Keyboard VNI then Domi who quit because he couldn’t rat without getting dropped on. The second is considering quitting because of the same reason.
I’ve already unsubbed 24 of 36 accounts I had active before all your shenanigans started this summer. I’m about ready to unsub all my non-PVP accounts, so I’ll have 6 left, and even then, 1/2 of my PVP play style has been killed off. Believe it or not, I enjoyed killing bots. Why don’t you do something about the bots in FW or in Jita and leave the players that pay your bills alone for a while?

Couldn’t agree more but realistically they aren’t going to “give up” their umbrella, none of the large power bases will.
I don’t belong to a Bloc but can see the advantages to being in one and why would they change willingly when there is no good reason for them to do so.
Sure Blocs are bad for the game - Those in the Blocs (in places it matter) know and will tell you how bad their play style is for the rest of the game but they are just using what CCP gave them and will hang on till the end while CCP grapple in the dark trying to find a fix for their own creation.
CCP was warned by players both from the Blocs themselves and many others about what would happen if they did XxX and they did it anyway - Time and again CCP has fumbled the ball and now it has come back to bite them they are trying anything, everything to try and hold that ball. Sadly they still aren’t even close to addressing the main issues with their creation and are just hitting the smaller players and groups with BIG nerf bats.,

This is a bad change CCP Rise. A very very bad change. Like this is the sit I expect out of CCP Fozzie or CCP Falcon. I actually had a sit load of respect for you before this.
