Understandable, but if it is something that circumvents the intended possibility to force people into PVP after leaving the site, it will quickly enrage players against CCP. I think this update has already gotten enough rage (some unfounded, some arguably not wrong as shown). CCP will fix it anyway once it becomes known and hopefully quickly, before it damages the reputation of this expansion.

Every time you fly into the dungeon at the exit you will be waiting for the camp. and will only be played by players who have their own system.
You can do 1 2 and 3 under the cover of concord in hs what do you want more ,a pillow?

But surely, since you have taken part in aggressive action in the instance, you will be coming out red-flagged as criminal, and therefore be open to attack. In any case gankers will salivate at the idea of only having to hit a (probably wounded) cruiser tank, and possibly earing an instance-full of loot woitjhotu doing more thsan blowing someone away. Easy enough to die to Concord and have your inductrial alt tracter the loot in and bog off with it, while you reload your gankshop in a station, ready to go again.
If you had tested some sites you’d know high tier abysal fits are tanked to the extreme even mounting plates or shield extenders also tier 1 2 3 doesn’t give you suspect
This is not normal pve if you expect a soft target coming out you’ll find a brick to chew on also hacs have access to their adcu 1 pulse and a small gank fleet will die to concord for nothing
Exactly. And introduction of more “gatecamping”, which noob PvPers will argue against improving because it’s basically even easier and less risky than PvE.

Criminal on exit doesn’t sound like complete safety. How many Jita scammers have you killed in total. I am sure it is less than the number of available targets that will be leaving the abyss.

I can imagine that crushing the Pod due to the environment is going to lead to new mission types as well as possibly new effects for Wormhole space.
I think that abyss must provide more PVP and less PVE risks. it means - forbid tier’s 1-3 (without suspect on exit from abyss) in hi-sec space, and make Leshak’s spawn less ultimative (not more than 5 of them!). Some cloude bonuses inside the abyss have bad description, and abysstype bonuses are dumb (scan resolution bonus - seriosly?)
CCP need to make an skill based difficulty, not gear. A couple of EWAR in grid is good option. But 2-3 of each type, not 8 energy neutralizing ships in your face or so.
And one more thing. Dissalowing escape possibility - bad idea. I think losing ship is acceptable punishment. it must be some “emergency-exit” possibility - when you wish (causes your ship to explode) or when you lose your ship (timer or wrecking by NPC).

What you mean is a suspect flag, and you only get it when running a 4-5 tier. As 99% of the few people running this content will run 1-3, and maybe another 20% from the 1% will make it out alive from a 4-5, how many systems you have to travel and scan, warp every remnant to catch that one player coming out alive and suspect?
Assuming CCP bothers to fix the exploit how to evade any attack.
