There were some balance changes in the patch after the ECM patch. Hopefully more in June/July.

Which is exactly what these changes will do. It will not effect the Big well developed organisations, only the smaller ones. Hell we all may as well join That big coalition and turn it into that other server that was recently closed, which is exactly where eve is headed right now, and these changes will make zippo difference to that at all. Cap skill injection to sub caps, stop 5 day old chars from being able to inject into Caps.

CCP you shuld go all the way with nerfs, starting to all caps pilots loose skill points levels after ship destroyed like on T3C’s, to actualy rise in skill points trading market.
Remove penality on T3C’s and make HAC’s more balanced/buff them, also T3D’s need love.

About Roruals, IDGF about them, they shuld boost fleets, not be a endgame for Delve botters and RTM’rs …

Please revert the allow target to the target change now that you have had a chance to make adjustments. That only ever barely made sense as a temporary change.

sorry to say that they will probably never revert that, the next pass on ecm will likely be buffs to speed/tank/fitting/sig of ecm ships
