This is one of the strangest posts I’ve seen in a while… I think we know the answer to the question…but, would 5’11", 140lbs be considered overweight? If so, I guess I am.

I wouldn’t consider that overweight and I suspect most doctors wouldn’t either.

I am not overweight but I have to really watch what I eat because I can gain weight very easily and in my line of work being overweight is career suicide.
So I eat only one good meal a day, at noon, and I compensate with cereal bars and vitamin pills.
