They are forced to play the game. If you want to have any effect on the game that does not depend on RMT bots (or renter trash who are indistinguishable from bots) automatically docking up when the bot detects a name in local you can not be AFK. Want to feed intel to your allies? Have to be ATK. Want to kill something? Have to be ATK and decloak.

No, you are just refusing to accept that your problem is with local making you vulnerable to psychological warfare, and could be solved at any time by closing local. Either that or you know that the problem is local, but youâre a RMTer (or renter trash indistinguishable from a bot) and you want to nerf cloaks while keeping local so that your bot can farm safely without disruption.

Yep, seems about right. Whine and cry and say anything in a desperate attempt to avoid admitting that your problem with AFK cloaking is that your bot reads local to know when to dock and an AFK cloaker prevents this feature from working.

CCP has already stated that they are not going to pander to the RMTers and change cloaks, and this thread is just a dumping ground to keep all the RMTer whine threads from cluttering up the rest of the forum.

Like I said the current cloak mechanic doesnât bother me at all. Being AFK cloaky is a valid âtacticâ??? and itâs part of the thrill of playing the game.

I have no problem with cloaky campers, so long as they are not AFK.
So in order to balance the game please add a fuel bay to the cloak and make a full fuel bay last 1 hour. To refuel u must use a mobile depot, station or such like. This gives a perfect opportunity to counter the cloaky camper.
Enough said.
Which then shafts WH players for no reason at all.

The fuel can be small enough that you could hold days worth in a mobile depot. Or you could scoop it from the sun like in Elite. Either way if your AFK and your fuel runs out you are vulnerable.
You do realize that cargo space is a part of ship balancing? Now anyone using a cloak loses space to a mobile depot. Thatâs just one point, theseideas have all been shot down over and over in this thread.
Cloaks are not the problem. Player mentality and possibly (others can comment) the ability to mount a cloak and cyno together are the problem. With the former being the biggest problem by far.

Logic doesnât work with them. They have the singular purpose that cloakers need to be removed and theyâll make up any and all â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â in an attempt to back up their viewpoint.
It doesnât work on anyone with half a brain (obviously), but that doesnât stop them producing more of that â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â .
The best course of action is to just ignore them.
