A song about a certain gallente queen…
Lord Avash Avarr, the head of House Avarr and brother to noted Amarr capsuleer Lord Garion Avarr, has not been seen in public for several days following a recent terrorist attack, and rumors are currently swirling that he was seriously injured, killed, or abducted. No statement from House Avarr has yet been released.
Minor Holders have been going missing for the past several weeks, primarily within systems in and around the Minmatar-Amarr warzone.
While there has been no reason to suspect foul play thus far, firebrands within the Imperial controlled systems are already blaming Minmatar insurgents for the disappearances, and oaths of vengeance have been made.
No response has yet been forthcoming from the militias. Local authorities disavow all knowledge.
Placid Tribune, 28.10.YC127 : New Media Group Emerges
A new alternative media group has emerged this week in Intaki, and is already gathering subscribers across the Viriette District in Placid.
‘Assembly Required’ has been described as having an autonomist-leaning perspective, and appears to argue that mainstream, corporate media organisations, such as The Scope, offer a narrow view of Federal current affairs, and are out of touch with the real lives of people in and around Intaki.
In a statement, a representative from Assembly Required said, “We intend to share interviews, news stories and opinion pieces, from a range of contributors, to help signal boost local viewpoints and to challenge the current narrative. Not everyone is going to agree with everything that we publish, but we’re excited to have the conversation.”
A refugee from Syndicate in my care is taking bets on time to Fed infiltration and convergence.

An excerpt from a news broadcast on the “PAIRC News” channel.
Today marks the founding of the Einherjar Foundation, a CONCORD-sanctioned capsuleer corporation founded and led by Michael Minate. This corporation officially owns the PAIRC, its armed forces and the Einherjar Foundation’s Secondary Research Center, formerly known as Decisive Victory’s Main Research Center. This center was privately owned by Minate and was not owned by Decisive Victory, the corporation to which Minate belonged before creating the Foundation, but it retained that name symbolically. The PAIRC was also privately owned by Minate but is now the Einherjar Foundation’s primary center and project. It was announced that the Foundation was created to streamline the advancement of the Technocratic Council and the Founders’ agenda concerning the PAIRC and other matters.
It has been announced by the Technocratic Council and the Founders that they are currently considering measures to manage alleged potential disruption of New Eden’s space-time caused by the experiments of occupying faction within Drifter hive systems reported by the Anoikis Mapping Project and the Einherjar Foundation. This involves not only researching space-time alterations and possible disruptions but also taking action if they pose a potential threat to our colony. New expeditions will be organized to investigate this phenomenon within Drifter systems, Anoikis in general and New Eden, should it already affect the cluster.

DEVOID, MEHATOOR VI - 24TH IMPERIAL CRUSADE LOGISTIC SUPPORT
In a surprising development, notorious Capsuleer Nauplius’s so-called Amarrian Orthodox Church, Sedevacantist has issued special dispensation to use coffee as a sacramental beverage. The Sedevacantist Church had long used its own concoction Soda Vacante in services, despite some sedevacantists chafing against the beverage’s strong strawberry flavor and rumored off-the-chart high stimulant content. Now, church members may drink coffee instead while meeting in prayer, even as church critics snickered that one needs a lot of caffeine to get through a sedevacantist sermon.
As if to legitimatize its new sacramental beverage, the Sedevacantist Church has also declared a new Saint: Abbess Sisyriana Kahoudi, given the title “Our Lady of the Blessed Coffee Bean”. Sedevacantists flocked to Mehatoor’s Cafe Marlinea, a coffee shop and bakery where the Abbess has been sighted previously, in order to get a glimpse of their new saint. It did not take the sedevacantists long to begin producing religious art featuring Kahoudi:
As well as bobbleheads:
Sedevacantist rock star Xiao Meiyi and her band Empty Chair even issued a new single (and a remix) praising coffee and Saint Sisyriana.
The church’s moves have surprised some observers, given the Abbess’s recent persecutions of sedevacantist pilgrims.

The last assets belonging to Decisive Victory have just been moved from the colony, while the Einherjar Foundation has just acquired premises in the Jörmungandr Tower and transferred employees there to ensure the Foundation’s control over the PAIRC. Although the primary governing body will remain the Technocratic Council, the Foundation will have oversight and the ability to issue orders to government institutions, acting as a proxy for the Founders.
And now, let’s welcome our guest for this evening: Ladonssund Sklor, head of the Einherjar Foundation’s scientific branch,
Sklor enters the studio and sits in the chair next to the presenter.
Good evening Mr. Atild.
Good evening and welcome to the set Ms. Sklor, thank you for taking the time to share your expertise with us.
You’re welcome. I came here for talks related to the Foundation’s takeover so I took the opportunity to stop by.
Now, let’s talk about tonight’s topic: new hypotheses from the Foundation’s researchers about potential perturbations to the space-time topology of New Eden caused by experiments on the hyperspace network, surely a complicated subject given the vocabulary.
I’ll keep it simple for everyone, don’t worry.
So, what are these hypotheses?
First, let’s reiterate some things that we know about the hyperspace network’s use. Based on our current understanding, its allows, for example, the easier generation of pathways to other systems that would otherwise be difficult to access, whether through our dimension or possibly to other dimensions if the Triglavian Collective attacked the Drifter system of Azdaja Redoubt from Abyssal Deadspace, or if the Drifters used their connection to the Warden to move assets to other dimensions, or perhaps at least facilitate such movements. From this, we assume that the experiments of the factions occupying Drifter systems aim to study how to use the network and take advantage of its possibilities. These experiments have disrupted the space-time topology of these systems, possibly due to attempts to manipulate it in order to study and exploit its capabilities. It is possible that this could have a domino effect on other areas of space connected to this network, therefore possibly New Eden, the rest of Anoikis, or even the other dimensions I mentioned. This reminded us of the Seyllin, Caroline’s Star, and Turnur incidents, where turbulence in the spacetime topology of New Eden following these tragic events caused the appearance of wormholes or an increase in their rate of occurrence.
We therefore believe that new alterations in spacetime topology following experiments on a network that was probably intended to enable or facilitate the use of advanced travel and spacetime altering technology could give rise to new wormholes or rifts, possibly functioning in a similar way to those already observed, or perhaps even leading to areas of space or dimensions that are still unknown to us, as we don’t yet know the limits of the network’s extent or possibilities. If the Jovians were able to colonize Anoikis and extend the hyperspace network there, then it is not impossible that they did so in other parts of the universe. We believe potential danger could come from new connections to regions containing potentially dangerous or even hostile elements, such as drones or individuals like those discovered in Anoikis, perhaps other Jovians, Drifters or Sleepers, or even another civilization that might be linked to them in some way, or if it causes conflicts related to the exploitation of resources located on the other side. Furthermore, it has been theorized for some years now by some that the wormholes appearing in New Eden since the Seyllin incident may not be natural but artificial. Given that these wormholes connect New Eden and Anoikis, two regions of the universe with the presence of the Jovian civilization and parts of the hyperspace network, we have theorized that if these wormholes are indeed artificial, then perhaps they are linked to the hyperspace network and that the wormholes appeared, or perhaps reappeared, accidentally as a result of the multiple perturbations of space-time topology.
What you are telling us is interesting, but also rather frightening. It would be very problematic if everything that has happened since the discovery of Anoikis were to more or less repeat itself.
Indeed, we are currently considering what measures should be taken should this happen so that the PAIRC can withstand it while the foundation will conduct research programs about it.
Let’s hope it doesn’t come to that. Aren’t you afraid that these assumptions will be seen as ridiculous or exaggerated?
It’s not impossible that they could be seen in this way, but given everything that has happened to New Eden in recent years and all the knowledge we accumulated during this time, we are confident that what we are theorizing is not as outlandish as some people might think.

A commentary from The Federation Starburst, a celebrity rag.
KYBERNAUT KARAOKE
Gallente pop-star Anodyne-A probed for Trig sympathies after rave-ready “Azdaja” anthem
FIO sources whisper that Anodyne-A, real name Anna Dyneaux, a Gallente citizen and capsuleer, has landed herself in a quiet-but-real inquiry for suspected Triglavian sympathies after dropping an anthemic club track packed with clade-speak and Vyraj-name-dropping. Dyneaux insists it’s a victory song celebrating the defeat of the Drifters (whom the Trigs call Ancient Enemy Azdaja), not a love letter to the Collective, but in a Federation still smarting from repeated failures against Drifter incursions, her neon-soaked timing looks less like patriotism and more like provocation.
Dyneaux swears she’s never set foot in Pochven, yet her lyrics orbit troikas, cladeflow, and liminality like a damavik to a filament, giving FIO auditors a field day. She’s already lawyered up with a prominent Intaki firm, a choice that’s pouring accelerant on a touchy political fire: the Intaki independence movement is flaring again while federal elections remain on hold, and the optics of a capsuleer diva hiding behind high-priced Intaki counsel aren’t exactly balm for Syndicate-watching senators or a jittery public.
No, this won’t rocket to President Celes Aguard’s desk, Palace aides likely haven’t even heard the hook, but the dust-up is sure to add fuel to wider grumbling over Aguard’s perceived strong-arm tendencies and indefinite election limbo. The track isn’t the cause of the unrest, just spectacularly ill-timed and tone-deaf, another holo-ready reminder that, in the Federation’s current mood, even a dance beat can trip a tripwire.
Editor’s note: The Starburst reached out to the Triglavian Collective for comment, but no response was received at the time of publishing.
A message that some opponents of Shakor’s policy may have received since late YC126.
Greetings.
It has come to our attention that you are openly, and perhaps too much, critical of Sanmatar Maleatu Shakor and his political opinions and decisions.
Being overly critical of this government may be detrimental to your well-being, which is why we are offering you a free relocation to the Precursor Artificial Intelligence Research Center colony on the planet MHC-R3 III, in the Syndicate region. We are the representatives of this colony and members of the Tribal Liberation Force.
In this colony, you will have the opportunity to assist the Minmatar Republic and all of humanity in various ways by helping our scientific and military efforts, or practice civilian professions that will allow the PAIRC to be a thriving and pleasant population center for your future fellow citizens. Our colony is at the forefront of technology and security, and we strive every day to maintain this standard. Even if you lack the skills to obtain a technical, scientific, or military job, we offer training accessible to the widest possible audience. If you wish so, the relocation of accompanying family members will also be free of charge.
We are not forcing you to do anything, but we still advise you to quickly make a decision regarding your future and your safety.

An article from PAIRC News
Since the announcement that the Technocratic Council would adopt a decision-making policy inspired by the Triglavians’ Flow of Vyraj and proving doctrine, a small but vocal number of colony residents have spoken out against it, asserting that it is the ideology of a colonizing civilization that should never be supported, least of all by Minmatars. These critics also point to the extensive and overt use of Triglavian technology by government and military institutions, with the most radical accusing the Technocratic Council of being pro-Triglavians and traitors to the Minmatar People or to be disrespectful to the victims of the Triglavian Invasion.
Ludetulf Ronuken, who was recently appointed diplomatic and political representative of the Technocratic Council and the PAIRC, addressed these criticisms.
“The Flow of Vyraj is a system of thought, everything else depends on how it’s applied as prove by the fact that the different clades of Triglav don’t all share the exact same ideology or culture despite their common adherence to the Flow. We adopted a decision-making system inspired by it because we deemed it effective in ensuring objectivity and efficiency. We are of course against the way the clades and the Convocation of Triglav killed loyal defenders of our cluster and imprisoned members of our people in their region of Pochven, but acknowledging that their decision-making philosophy is effective doesn’t necessarily mean supporting everything they do. We are loyally dedicated to the cause and protection of the Republic and the cluster, we would never dare to stoop to supporting such brutal colonizing actions and causes. It is moreover in rather poor taste to bring up the victims of the invasion to portray us as monsters, given our desire to fight the Amarrian invaders, the ravaging Angel Cartel and various other threats. Regarding our use of Triglavian technology, this criticism is even more laughable because it simply demonstrates a refusal to evolve due to ideological biases. Furthermore, we strive to utilize as much precursor technology as possible to exploit all its potential, regardless of which civilization developed it. This whole controversy is ridiculous.”
In contrast to the criticisms leveled against the Technocratic Council on this subject, some people living outside of the colony that are interested in or adhering to the Flow have praised the way the Council draws inspiration from it, criticizing a lack of open-mindedness from the “anti-Flow” movement. The majority of the population does not seem particularly interested in this debate and is instead waiting to see what concrete measures the government will take to manage the colony, although a significant portion of the colony’s residents consider the idea of systematic proving to confirm the effectiveness of measures, people, scientific creations and other things to be interesting.

Instructions given to the PAIRC propaganda office by the Technocratic Council and Michael Minate.
Portray New Eden as a cluster increasingly plagued by chaos and disorder to frighten them, then demonstrate the Watcher and our security doctrine as a solution for living safely. They need to feel dependent on us for their security, indebted to us as their protectors. They must feel like we are a bulwark protecting their freedom and their lives. Show that despite the surveillance, they remain free and that we are therefore not that authoritarian compared to the Amarr Empire for example. Emphasize the effectiveness of our type of government, demonstrating that they can trust us to manage and improve their lives.
Try to convince them that anyone with enough will and effort can contribute to changing the world for the better. Attract them to research and security careers, with the understanding that they can help their brothers and sisters and be part of something greater. Highlight meritocracy, for example by showcasing dedicated citizens who have achieved success through their determination and talent as role models for everyone.
Convince them that humanity’s destiny is to be more enhanced and therefore more efficient than ever, that transhumanism, technology, and knowledge are the key to a better world, in order to attract them to research careers and make them more open to the idea of even more advanced brain enhancement, thus making them more effective in their daily lives and for our cause.
Ensure that public schools promote all of this and that younger generations grow up with these ideas in mind.
Someone needs to be dragged into the street and shot. A lot of someone’s.. What this Watcher or what this “security doctrine” is but I think it needs a few seconds of the tender care of a titans doomsday gun.. Just saying…

Massacre Strikes Illegal Bellevigne Settlement
A brutal attack on one of the larger illegal settlements in the Bellevigne resettlement zone has left more than 63 residents dead, including one of the movement’s most militant organizers against Qucrain’s development efforts, Édouard Tarlenc. Survivors described the attackers as well equipped and moving with the precision of individuals who had received military training. They reportedly breached the settlement’s perimeter with ease and disabled local communications before the residents could call for help.
Homes were burned to their foundations, storage depots were blown open and the contents destroyed, and makeshift defensive structures were torn apart. Several victims were found bound or restrained before being killed. Much of the settlement’s infrastructure, including power units and water filtration rigs, was deliberately sabotaged, leaving nothing viable for those who managed to escape into the frigid wilderness.
No group has claimed responsibility. Qucrain authorities denounced the event as a terrible misfortune and have have offered medical assistance, emergency shelter, and sanctuary to any remaining settlers willing to relocate to protected areas. Local security and investigative teams are now surveying the wreckage, although the level of destruction has left few clear leads.
Maritime Construction Project Approaches Completion
Taayusaka’s ambitious maritime construction project in the Kingdom of Isendral is reportedly entering its final stages, even as space within Athounon remains turbulent with renewed fighting between Federal and State forces. Corporate officials say the project has stayed on schedule in spite of the ‘disruptive Federal privateers’ that have established themselves in the district.
Initial criticism regarding the use of an exclusively corporate workforce has completely faded as Taayusaka transitioned into its second and third construction phases, with local workers now making up the majority of the labor force. The offshore platforms and support structures have begun taking shape on the open ocean, and early inspections by Isendral’s Royal Engineering Corps were described as encouraging.
Palace representatives praised the progress and reiterated that the project is expected to deliver long term benefits to coastal communities, research institutions, and the kingdom’s wider maritime economy. Taayusaka leadership expressed optimism that the remaining stages will progress without disruption despite the volatile situation in space.

The question is this from the caldari side or is President Augaurd trying to put blame on the caldari. I would not put it past either side for this.
“Come have a tea while I catch up and rub my knees a little.
The steam and grease peddlers have been busy making the rounds. Talk right now is that a local capsuleer organization, one which had recently been spending a great deal on public construction projects near Amo and Osoggur, well, they had a sudden change in management. Seems that all of the freelance work they offered was limited to contractors with a year or less on their license. From those contractors, a pair of budding entrepreneurs were picked to take over the whole operation. Just like that.
Why did the old matriarch surrender her operation? Here’s a savory morsel: not long ago, there was a former partner who’s gone sympathizer for those Ashes of Turnur of all things. Rage can make the mind strange. So we speculate that, perhaps, the old matriarch’s true aim is to poach whatever talent she can away from a criminal enterprise before it has a chance to do too much damage, offering instead something much deeper. Something ancient, word is, maybe even older than these knees of mine.
Anyway, as it turns out, one of the fledgling provisioners who has taken the reins at the prior company has a grudge of her own, a brother who was presumably killed in an RSS training exercise… but that’s a story for another time, and of course, you didn’t hear it from Gran.
Let’s take a look at those medicinals before we head back onto the street.”
