The number of infections is important because, since the death rate is related to those infected, it means that the more people are infected, whether they die or not, the more chance of more people dying there is.
The percentage of death of those dying may be the same at different amounts of infected, it may differ.
Those interquartile range data shows that infection rates varied, but I think death rates may vary.
So far, I have seen around 20% of deaths from those infected, compared to 21% of death, but many , many more people are already infected, most of them with no way to prove it or to verify it yet.
Symptoms are a good indication that some thing may be wrong, and that it may be the virus, causing the disease, but , that is not a proof that it is, and, that is not how to verify if it is.

To allow more worker to update work conditions and , wear protective measures, on top of improving tracing and other measures, would make economic conditions easier to adapt, as, if too many workers stay in quarantine, and , are unable to work to improve economy, it will take more than one computer to fix this, so as to improve conditions enough, to produce enough and keep health safe from the virus (and subsequent disease).
Also, there should be more programs to upgrade work systems when in quarantine, so that, if and when we need more quarantine, that we are better prepared to deal with them better and more effectively.
That is what computers, and, yes, the internet, or, other electronic networks, are good for, and, are designed for, and, should be designed for.
That does include logistics to replace essential staff who died or , need to be replaced, including medical systems.

The new virus passes out of the human body through sneezing and coughing to then infect someone else. Once infected with the new strain the virus is able to infect cells without being deterred by antibiotics being used to mitigate the infection once the SARS-CoV-2 virus has infected a cell.
This process is taking place before the person has a full blown case of COVID-19 and is shedding the virus through coughing or sneezing.
Another aspect of the SARS-CoV-2 virus is that it might be able to read the DNA of the infected person to build new RNA coding that along with its new RNA coding of being resistant to antibiotics could infect people with the same DNA coding as the initial host. The new virus is shed from the host and encounters several new hosts that it infects and makes sick. The virus then finds another host who has the same DNA coding as the initial host but lives 500 miles away. The newly infected person becomes twice as sick as a non-like DNA human host thus spreading the base of the virus twice as fast through non-like DNA human hosts.
Until a vaccine has been developed to kill the SARS-CoV-2 virus outright, the pandemic will be exponential, even more so if the virus evolves the ability to encode new RNA into the replication process that allows COVID-19 to have immunity from antibiotic treatments.
