CCP has not made any good change. Forums full of pissed of clients is not positive. Forcing players to walk away mad wont bring in new clients and actually hurts the game with, bad public perception of a product. You are one of the few who are obsessed with forcing people to play a sandbox game your way. You have done nothing but attack every person that has come to the forums to bitch about what CCP is doing. Well exactly. I think that they find the forums easy to ignore so some other channel with a large unified response might get you better results.
When I last said CCP dont communicate well, I got a direct response, but that was due to their sudden appearance on the forums about a month maybe ago?
When Aurora and several Devs came out of the wood work, around the time… Oh wait cant say that, its discussing moderation.
Anyway, my point is I too would like to hear some actual CCP answers to what is going on regarding this, and other now-eternal Forum contraversies.
For now though, unsub (including not PLEXing) may be your only recourse for satisfaction.

Scoots, oh, how was it ‘so far off topic’?? I used elements of PVP/COMBAT that would be the equivalents of what they did to INDUSTRY/MINING… just because you can’t engage grey matter, doesn’t make it wrong…
or better yet, I’ll issue you an intellectual challenge… what -would- be the direct PVP/Combat equivalent to what they did to Mining/Industry?

My 6 accounts, which are paid for in cash not plex, are running out now. The only reason I did not ask for my money back is because CCP Rattati said these ore changes are temporary. I will not pay for new game playing time until the ore is put back to the way it has always been. If CCP does not want my $800+ a year in fes than I will move on to a new game. Star Citizen has caught my eye and I have been watching the game grow for a few years now. I spent $150 getting set up to play the game and they are getting $20 a month from me for subscription fees. CCP Rattati inspired me to find a new sandbox to play in. I’m just one person, EVE wont fall because of me walking away but how many 10+ year vets can CCP afford to drive away? CCP Rattati is so smug that he think people will came back after they see the changes but what if they don’t?

Well I thought about that when I cancelled my subs.
Then I bought a Season pass on Destiny 2 while running Alphas as marketeers.
Cant say Im bothered by what CCP does or doesnt do unless this stuff actually works and CCP turns out to be right. Then Ill resub happily.
Otherwise I can get my fiddling with numbers fix by downscaling for free, and Bungie gets my CCP allowance for the month. Again.

Right now I am so disgruntled that I only log in to change skills. CCP best come forward soon and start talking to the players or they will drive folks like me away from the game. The only reason I am on this forums is because customer support told me to come here and make my complaints with the DEVS but the DEVS are ignoring peoples post. When a DEV (CCP rattati and CCP Psych) tell me to, more or less, ■■■■ off and stop playing a game, why would anyone return or pay for that kind of treatment?

Sure it is. It’s very positive for EVE’s core market: people like me who view farmers with nothing but contempt. Seeing them whining and crying about how they don’t get enough participation trophies makes us more interested in playing a game.

I’m really not. There are plenty of ways to play that I don’t personally enjoy or participate in but are still valid. The only play style I object to is menial risk-free farming, which people like you feel entitled to regardless of how much it damages the rest of the game.

Remember that competent (IOW, not AFK idiot) miners benefit from the resource changes and are very happy customers.
You do understand that the recent ore changes revert it back to how it was for most of EVE’s existence, right?

Failure to understand basic economic concepts like supply vs. demand does not make it any less of a buff.
So show us the data that proves your contention…I’ll wait.
Ask again in a few months to a year when stockpiles are depleted and the situation stabilizes. Or provide some justification for why you think that basic supply vs. demand rules somehow magically don’t apply in EVE and reducing supply will decrease prices.
