If they changed MO’s to allow yhrm to be scooped and redeployed that would be a step in the right direction.

Nothing is balanced in Eve Online. Why do you not know that?
If nothing is balanced than titans should be able to fly in jita and use doomsday also… There should be a cloak fatigue just like cyno jumping fatigue and a reactivation delay just like a cyno module has its 5 or 10 mins … Not for the balance but for the sake of the gaming experience.
Why not? Titans can do that in Low and Null sec. Of course, the Titan would be unable to leave after that and would get vaporized by Concord.
It would just be one more way you can die in this game. So what?
I just want to see Jita 4-4 undock either Lanced or Doomsday’d one time…

It would be interesting how will those be ganked. Maybe Glass cannon Apocalypse or Glass Cannon Megathron??
Attack Battlecruisers (Talos, Naga, Oracle or Tornado).
Lots of them.
Similar damage output to the battleships, at a third the hull price.

This cloak drop mechanic needs changes, needs to be balanced in order to be like any other activity in EVE and not as it is now. A cloak fatigue + reactivation delay, a limited number of ships that can use a covert cyno like 1-2 ships per cyno, want more cyno more. A max cloak time like 5 mins with a fatigue timer after that and a reactivation delay of 5 mins will bring to cloak the side effects just like cyno jumps, combat bboosters, clone jump and so on…
Whoa… 5 minutes on and 5 minutes off? No.
So basically, you want to stop any and all activity that allows people to get around the intel website.

Why not also apply this fantastic idea everywhere else in the game?
Miner mines for 5 minutes, then waits 5 minutes on their strip miner cooldown.
Hauler travels for 5 minutes, then waits for 5 minutes for their warp drive cooldown.
Industrialist produces items for 5 days, then waits for 5 days on their industrial slot cooldown.
I think this really improves our gameplay and makes it a lot more balanced and fun!

You may be one of the few people who doesn’t know about it. It sends out alerts to who is passing through what gate and will alert through Discord if a structure is damaged. It does more, but I haven’t gone that deep into it. It’ll give updates as to how much shields, armour, and hull remain on a structure under attack.- all in Discord. Null sec players use this to track other players through Null.
It’s the biggest game breaker in Eve yet somehow it’s not considered a game breaker. Basically, without a cloak, you have no chance of hiding anymore- which is why Null Sec players are now wanting cloaks gone. At least that’s how I understand it. I may be wrong.
And you can only attack ships for 5 weapon cycles and then you have to wait 5 weapon cycles to fire again.
And if you get blown up by Concord 5 times, you wait 5 days before you can get into another ship!
We can change the name of Eve to “Five by Five”!!!

We cannot change anything, only devs can and it is up to them to seek out the best for the game and trough discussions like this they get the opinions from all the sides, and will make the wright desicions. Hopefully
Hate me for it but I actually like some aspects of this idea and since I’m a Virgy who plans for the minutiae of the game, it applies to me. A lot less competition in the game when no one else is playing!

The mobile observatory gets mentioned many times here.
It is simply too expensive for the effect. given it’s current stats it needs to have a manufacture cost like a few thousand standard minerals.
Usually if you have invisible, you will have a way to detect such, Eve does have the 2000m decloak but that is a tad limited.
Not saying I got any good ideas, just hate seeing the observatory actually being put out as useful.
What’s the purpose of being cloaked if you can be detected?
