Your request for further material allocations to support the further near orbit development of Shine Ehklel(Eugales VI), has been approved. All orbital infrastructure project designs should be routed through my office, and I will be submitting designs of my own for your own review. Current plans are in place for the deployment of a contemporary Upwell structure in near orbit to help support your construction efforts and act as a more proper security buffer for Arcology and other groundside destinations.~The Director
