Navy Issues New Orders
The Caldari Navy has renewed orders for Caldari loyalist units in securing the Serthoulde constellation of Placid as Gallente naval build up and intercepted chatter has indicated an imminent offensive to take the constellation from the Caldari State!
Caldari Navy Infrastructure Expansions in Aokinen Constellation
Additional construct sites have been discovered in Samanuni, Uuhulanen, and Onnamon bringing the number so far to a total of nine different project sites. In collaboration with local pilots and Saamtiuul Azkaan Yamakivaal Rymata [SAYR-], a datasheet logging publicly available information has been produced and is available for viewing.

Caldari State Completes Stargate Construction Project
The Stargate project in development since late July has been completed ahead of its expected schedule thanks to the vigorous and tireless efforts of the State’s loyal capsuleer units operating in the Serthoulde constellation!
The project is heralded as a significant step towards improving the value of the Serthoulde constellation on the whole and opens potential new trade routes.
State Navy Begins Securing Triglavian Data
Through the diligent investigation conducted by the Caldari Navy, a significant number of mysterious Triglavian relay sites have been discovered and secured by the Navy. A research facility has been constructed in Samanuni where all loyal capsuleers are encouraged to turn in data collected from these sites. Independent capsuleers are advised to affirm their support of the State by enlisting with the State Protectorate either alone, or with their registered corporation. Any non-Protectorate forces will be engaged and destroyed by State forces to ensure Triglavian data does not end up in the wrong hands.

Turnur System Devastated by Solar Event Disaster!
Following the destabilization of Turnur’s star earlier last week the star of Turnur released an intense radiation and plasma burst that has led to possibly millions and millions of casualties as the surface of Turnur I has been torched and cracked.
Additionally multiple capsuleer operated facilities in planetary orbits and in proximity to the star were destroyed as defensive systems completely failed to the plasma burst released by the star.
Even the better shielded Minmatar Republic Parliament Bureau appears to have barely weathered the storm, with significant external structural damage and reports of casualties aboard the station.
Amarr / Minmatar Militaries Alert Status Heightened!
Both the Amarr Empire and Minmatar Republic naval forces have heightened their readiness to the highest alert that is not outright full scale war. CONCORD and neutral parties are desperate to keep the situation contained before it spreads beyond the CEMWPA zone.
Fears For Vard and Egmar Mount
Following a disaster, the likes of which only shy of the infamous Seyllin Incident, the likelihood of similar mass plasma and radiation ejection incidents occurring at the remaining two transmuter sites in Egmar and Vard which remain active despite being captured by Minmatar Fleet units some time ago is on many people’s minds.

Caldari Freighter spotted in Intaki

Just hours after independent observers spotted the “TCS Inchoate Broker” in Athounon, a Rhea freighter and escorting Chimera class carrier bearing Taayusaka Eskeitan transponders jumped into the Intaki system near a capsuleer managed Raitaru. In short order the pair left after the Rhea presumably deposited and/or withdrew cargo aboard the Raitaru.
When reached for comment a Taayusaka Eskeitan representative had little to say about the matter.
“Rest assured that all Taayusaka Eskeitan operations in both systems abide by the regulations of the Concord Emergency Militia War Powers Act of YC110.”
Gallente Federation raises Intaki security rating to 0.5
Following the invasion of Intaki by the Federation Navy late last year as well as the creation of the “Viriette Special Military District”, the Gallente Federation has been incrementally increasing the security standing of the system with CONCORD, today YC125/2/28 marks the introduction of the Intaki System into the High-Security category as the system rating has moved from 0.4 to 0.5. The most notable impact this has is the restriction on capsuleer operated capital ships and cynosural field generation as neither are permitted to operate in high-security space by CONCORD.
Intaki Extremist Organization “Tears of Reschard” Vows Retaliation Against Federation Forces
In a letter addressed to multiple news outlets including The Scope, Ishukone-Raata Certified News and Achur-State-Mountain-Report, the leader of the Tears of Reschard group declared attacks against the Federation Navy, the Office of the President and the United Republics of Aristidia.
The improvised explosives, disguised as shipping containers resulted in several mass casualty incidents, with sources in the United Republics of Aristidia reporting 200,000 deaths aboard the Garun Station in Amygnon alone.

Caldari State Repatriation Policies Unfold As Galactic Tensions Rise

The impacts of the CEP’s meeting at the end of last month continue to see reactions by agitators. The meeting lead to two significant policy changes across the State. All big eight mega-corporations are recalling extraterritorial non-essential employees which are citizens of the State. In addition, there was also the announcement of a new rationing program on numerous commodities with limits determined by an employee’s corporate classification.
Across the State isolated protests and agitations have shifted into the background with a new illegal “union” taking the forefront of attention following their hijacking of State broadcast channels yesterday evening. In a declaration narrated by Sumalee Daeng, a former and disavowed representative of the Wiyrkomi Corporation State Union (WCSU), the “United Champions of Freedom” made multiple demands of the State and the CEP. The “UCF” also indicated they were behind the theft of multiple assets produced at Megacorporation Security Plants of materiel intended for the Caldari Navy.
This latest rogue action comes despite assurances from Caldari State Customs officials confirming relaxations on repatriated citizen workers transfers of both property and funds back to State territories
Prior to the appearance of the illegal “UCF” organization, CEP Chairman Akimaka Saraki had stated that,
“All Caldari understand the values of Honor, Loyalty, and Duty. Only shirkers and traitors would refuse to do their part when called to service.”
Since their appearance a number of officials have given responses. The WCSU for their part have condemned the “UCF”, with a WCSU representative stating,
(the UCF are) - “agitators who refuse to do their duty in a time of war.”
Another face familiar to Union members of Sukuuvestaa and Kaalakiota workers, @Niina_Eskola-Fae also made a condemning response, comparing the “UCF” to the infamous “Brothers of Freedom” terrorist group, saying,
The Labor Nationalist movement will not support this bourgeoisie “revolution” that only aims to sacrifice the workers of the State to the Federation on the alter of foreign capital. The Labor-Nationalist vanguard remains loyal to the State, and aims to ensure the safety and security of JSL cities and territory to the hilt. From Myrskaa to Waschi City, these false-revolutionaries will not be tolerated. I strongly encourage the workers of Kaalakiota and SuVee to follow in kind and support other loyalist agencies to quell this revolt.
Executive General Heika Torigo also issued a warning to the “UCF” in a statement given to the SCOPE.
“The State will not tolerate the theft of State assets or disruption of our critical infrastructure. Any who plan to participate in such activities can expect to feel the full force of the law. Though we always aim to resolve industrial disputes peacefully, we will not be cowed or held hostage by criminal and rebels.”
Galactic Tensions Continue to Rise Across New Eden
Tensions across the galaxy are increasing at a fever pitch, violence has spread throughout the Gallente Federation following the aggressive and racially driven rhetoric of Federation Senator Thibauld Tailler. The violence has been targeted almost exclusively at foreign establishments and businesses, primarily those of a Caldari background. This comes at a time that the Federation has been rapidly militarizing and centralizing power across their space with the “United Response Act” which has been touted and pushed by Federation President Celes Aguard.
The increasing federal power and militarization over the Federation’s member districts coincides with a renewed Federal Defense Union counteroffensive that has pushed through a significant number of systems in the Serthoulde Constellation of Placid, where just last year an EDENCOM Facility was salvaged by Caldari Navy and State Protectorate forces.

Tranquility Trading Consortium Closing Its Doors

In an explosive domino effect following the separation of The Initiative alliance from the Imperium Coalition which has been covered by the SCOPE; the Imperium has withdrawn its shares and membership from the Tranquility Trading Consortium (TTC).
Executor of the Imperium Coalition, Asher Elias, announced that the Imperium Coalition would no longer be involved with the TTC citing issues with the existing membership of the organization as well as CONCORD’s moratorium on New “XL Structures” in High Security Space announced yesterday.
This dominoed into the Fraternity Alliance also withdrawing from the TTC. In an internal announcement that was posted on public communication channels, leadership announced that they had concluded to also remove themselves from the Consortium and that “the timing is perfect”.
Another major player in TTC, Pandemic Horde, also had a statement released into public channels. Executor Gobbins, indicated that they have no problem with the closing of the Consortium and went on to say that all associated structures under the TTC’s purview would begin un-anchoring. Further on, he hit back at the statement made by Asher Elias, going on to list three points of contention with the Imperium’s announcement and portrayal of events behind closed doors.
The rapid withdrawal of support from multiple major powers in the TTC has caused massive market moves in the Forge. Within just hours many market items such as Skill Injectors had large quantities of sell orders in the Tranquility Trading Tower canceled and the products subsequently moved to the Caldari State’s iconic Jita 4-4 Trade Hub.
Only time will tell if the structures currently under TTC’s stewardship will successfully un-anchor or what the long-term market effects will ultimately be as potential opportunists weigh the positives and negatives in filling any potential market share hole TTC leaves in its wake.

Tranquility Trading Consortium Announces Continuing Service Despite Losses

In spite of the Tranquility Trading Tower’s destruction on the 23rd of last month in which over 2500 pilots were confirmed to participate in the Keepstar’s destruction by CONCORD Combat Logging, the Tranquility Trading Consortium has announced today that it intends to continue operating and serving three systems with Upwell citadel structures.
The systems of Perimeter and New Caldari will continue to be fully served with the existing structures. The Sotiyo in Perimeter, Tranquility Production Center, has been redesignated Tranquility Trading Center and will now support the Forge Regional Market for buy & sell orders.
The facilities in Iyen-Oursta however will be reduced to only the Sotiyo, with all other structures deployed in the system planned to be unanchored within the next two months.

Chemal Tech Convoy Ambushed and Destroyed in Murethand!

At 14:00 NEST an unusually well guarded Chemal Tech Corporation Convoy comprised of EDENCOM designed escorts and an Occator under the calsign of CT Daphne departed from the Oursulaert system’s Chemal Tech Research Center in the region of Essence and quickly attracted the attention of capsuleers. Capsuleer pilots indicated to the convoy that their travel plan had been leaked publicly on Galnet Channels, in spite of this, the convoy continued on.
The convoy made it through a number of Gallente Federation highsec systems with heavy capsuleer activity and attempted communications from multiple individuals to the convoy’s members before the convoy ultimately headed into lowsec, encountering heavy opposition ultimately being destroyed in Murethand by Fraternity Alliance forces whom initially had indicated in Oursulaert that they were going to protect the convoy as it traveled to its leaked destination, TXW-EI in the Syndicate Region.
According to available battle reports all convoy vessels were destroyed and it remains unclear if any of the Chemal Tech ship captains or personnel escaped the attack or were captured by Fraternity Alliance forces.
Automated Killmail Recording Systems did pickup the CT Daphne’s lossmail and it is publicly accessible. The lossmail indicates at least half of the Occator’s crew survived the initial destruction of the vessel including a number of Chemal Tech Scientists.
The convoy’s attack and involvement of several Caldari State Militia organizations in the ensuing chaos as local pirate organizations and other entities engaged in combat with Fraternity also resulted in significant activity in the adjacent Gallente Highsec System of Mesybier, prompting a response fleet of Gallente Navy vessels at the stargate to Murethand.

Chemal Tech / Upwell Consortium Strike Deal With Caldari Navy as Upwell Consortium Break Ground on New Structure Project in Auviken

Following the disastrous destruction of a Chemal Tech convoy in Murethand last month and a tense effort to recover eleven missing scientists that were in the custody of the capsuleer alliance Fraternity, Chemal Tech has shifted their strategies for asset delivery to Syndicate.
While the details of the agreement are unknown at this time, it appears that Upwell Consortium have struck a deal with the Caldari State and Caldari Navy for access to the Navy Shipcaster in Onnamon to deliver vital cargo to Syndicate with reduced risk of capsuleer interference.
Even with the ability to transfer cargo directly from Onnamon in High-Security space to the destination in Syndicate, capsuleers still pose a considerable risk to Chemal Tech convoys, with four Badgers having been intercepted in Onnamon by criminal actors. Efforts to intercept the convoy vessels at their origin point in Auviken have been struck down by, in small part, SAYR Galactic security forces.
These cargo transports are departing from the same facility as Upwell’s latest structure project in Auviken where Upwell is currently accepting rogue drone components from capsuleers as part of their development of the, as of yet, unclear project. The ambiguity of the project and structure’s purpose has led to rampant speculation.
SAYR Galactic analysts spoken to on the matter, however, agree that given the focus Upwell Consortium has placed on rogue drone graviton emitters as well as the shape and positioning of the structure, that Upwell may be looking to innovate in the space elevator industry in some way.
Only time can confirm or disprove speculation and guesses for now though.

AIR and Paragon Announce Iterative Developments
Not to be outshined by Upwell, Paragon has announced an expansion to their SKINR platform putting the power of ship customization into the hands of their capsuleer pilots. Capsuleers will be able to sequence their own SKINs for individual or corporation orders and even sell them to other capsuleers for ISK or PLEX. To support this expansion Paragon will also be releasing the ‘Paragon Hub’ a potential competitor to the venerable New Eden Store.
Coinciding with this, AIR has announced plans to add onto their existing Daily Goals program with a new Monthly Program. Monthly rewards will differ between Omega & Alpha clone statuses with some rewards being related to Paragon’s SKINR expansion. Additionally, AIR has worked alongside the Society of Conscious Thought and CONCORD to enhance the corporation interface used by capsuleer corporations to streamline management. The most notable feature being an integrated Ship-Replacement-Program (SRP).
State Protectorate Forces Resecure Northern Placid Warzone
Following a slow period of short gains by the Federal Defense Union in Northern Placid, Caldari forces quickly shunted the Gallente in a series of short skirmishes culminating in the return of all warzone systems in Northern Placid to Caldari State hands as focus returns to the Essence / Citadel frontline where State Protectorate forces regained Abune recently.

Mountain Faction Representatives Break Deadlock in CEP Decision on Upwell Clone Transfers
In a 5 to 3 vote along factional lines, the CEP has approved Upwell clone workforce program transfers for State citizens. Following a negotiation meeting between Upwell Consortium and Sukuuvestaa representatives, the Mountain Faction submitted an amended proposal ensuring economic strength for the State and Upwell together.
The agreed proposal restricts transfers in several ways. Transfers can be denied by a worker’s current corporation if they are deemed essential to the corporation operations, transfers can also be denied if the State considers the individual essential to its interests and to protect future reserves for the State.
While many are quick to point out the victory is more pyrrhic for the Forest faction, the true winners are Sukuuvestaa and Kaalakiota as the JSL Partnership continues to prove that it is the deciding force in CEP proposals and decision making. Chairman Akimaka Saraki, made a statement to the press at an announcement on New Caldari following the CEP vote that “stability is achieved when two sides apply equal pressure, and compromise is won when neither side can claim a true victory”.
Conflict Reignites In Northern Placid
Federation Milita forces have returned to Northern Placid to once again create chaos in the Colonial Development Zone, pushing to capture the Roden Shipyards in Vlillirier. This has coincided with a sudden and sharp uptick in capsuleer piracy activities within the Highsec corridor to the Aokinen Constellation as well as concentrated raids across Northern Placid by Guristas Pirates operating from the Evaulon system.

Auviken Security Records “Blip” /// CONCORD Sponsors Alliance Tournament XX

The mystery of the Auviken cynosural jammer network’s “blip” continues to seemingly remain unsolved nearly a week after the incident. The blip, a two second lapse in the cynosural jammer fields that secure the Auviken system in The Citadel, occurred in the evening of the 18th. This caused an immediate raising of high alert for the system’s Space Patrol forces. This alert was reduced to an escalated response readiness status once monitoring stations indicated no jump drive entries or cynosural field activations during or immediately following the blip.
In a public address system Space Patrol Chief Kuutseki Hartenen said the following:
“The security threat posed by a malfunction such as this cannot be overstated, and we are investigating every possible avenue through which this ‘blip’ might have come to occur, intentional or not. I would like to reiterate that our monitoring stations detected no intrusions in the affected period. Furthermore, this incident is inconsistent with the attack patterns of established major operations that have threatened State territory. Nation incursions, Triglavian invasions, and most recently pirate insurgencies centered on Deathless forward operating bases consistently arrive in full force without such easily-detectable prior signs as today’s blip. It is therefore the opinion of Spacelane Patrol investigators working with State and CONCORD military experts that there is no present threat to Auviken.”
While taking questions he acknowledged the potential target painted on Auviken by hosting the Upwell Consortium’s prototype Skyhook & Applied Gravitation Research Center.
"Spacelane Patrol does acknowledge the potential target presented by Upwell Consortium infrastructure in orbit and on the surface of Auviken VI. However, I would like to assure the good citizens of our sole temperate world that the top-of-the-line suite of planetary defense grid upgrades provided by Upwell as part of their construction deal is capable of detecting and dealing with any sizable threat from above.”
He concluded his address with the following statement.
“While I am not at liberty to disclose technical details, we are in the process of identifying the source of yesterday’s thankfully uneventful incident and are taking precautions to ensure that no such malfunction can happen again.”

In a promotional announcement yesterday, the Independent Gaming Commission announced a renewed commitment with CONCORD as part of a new community outreach initiative aimed at reconnecting with the capsuleer community and reinvigorating trust in its operations. In a stunning and unprecedented surprise twist, the Guristas Pirates have not only taken the AT sponsorship from CONCORD but seemingly also have in their possession the CONCORD Prize Hulls meant for the AT.
Confirmed by IGC Commissioner Khumat Mebroh’s Office, the Guristas Pirates have taken sponsorship of the Alliance Tournament and in their own statement that appears to be corroborated by Mebroh are currently in possession of advanced CONCORD designed AT Prize Hulls.
While these AT ships are presumably designed and limited for Capsuleer usage like past hulls, some security experts have raised some concern regarding the potential dangers posed by the Guristas getting ahold of CONCORD Aerospace Engineering technologies undoubtedly incorporated into the ships in question.
ASMR has reached out to CONCORD for comment on the matter but has not received a response at the time of this posting.
Guristas Attack Eha
Guristas Guri Commando raiders have begun a direct strike raid on the border between Placid & Black Rise, placing their Forward Operating Base (FOB) in the Eha system of the Inolari constellation.
The local Caldari State Protectorate forces based in Eha have committed to holding off the encroaching pirates and in an opening blow, destroyed a Guristas Black Ops Panther.
The other systems currently affected by the insurgency are Innia, Martoh and the Placid side of the border, Oicx.

Anti-Guristas Operations Continue In Eha /// Guristas Deploy Stronghold In Uuhulanen

Caldari State forces have made their spirit and their wrath felt against Guristas pirate forces across the Inolari constellation and in neighboring Oicx as Eha, the staging system of their insurgency, entered Stage 5 Suppression with Oicx also at Stage 5 Suppression and containment in spite of Gallente FDU interference.
After action reports indicate that Guristas as well as ‘neutral’ pirates have lost over 25 billion ISK in assets and vessels over the duration, thus far, of the insurgency. Guristas aligned organizations such as Fraternity have resorted to spoofing Caldari Militia transponders in an effort to take State forces off-guard as confirmed by multiple State aligned sources.
Most Guristas efforts appear to have been redirected towards the rearguard systems under State control such as Innia & Kehjari as they largely concede their primary targets.
Guristas Deploy Stronghold In Uuhulanen
In a potential re-direction effort by Guristas forces, a Guristas FOB Stronghold was detected and quickly destroyed in Uuhulanen, Aokinen Constellation today in Black Rise.

State Forces indicate an end to the insurgency is fast approaching as two more systems, Innia & Kehjari, became fully suppressed in the past twenty four hours, with Onnamon in Aokinen Blackrise or Ohbochi in Malariya Lonetrek expected to follow shortly. In either instance the Guristas are likely to begin rapid withdrawal as their FOB in Eha would become vulnerable shortly after.
SAYR Galactic Acquires Ishukone Corporation
Saamtiuul Azkaan Yamakivaal Rymata’s Executor @Thadius_Faran announced the acquisition of the Ishukone subsidiary corporation ‘Galkui Funaskui Sukkias’ today. [GFS–] was founded by @Kuriichu_Tuvokone an alumni of the School of Applied Knowledge.
In his statement, Thadius Faran had the following to say.

Insurgency FOB Destroyed In Eha

Just past noon NEST yesterday, Caldari State forces successfully destroyed the Guristas FOB in Eha ending the pirate insurgency that started just two weeks prior. With the Guristas FOB destroyed, their criminal supporters are already withdrawing from the area.
With this victory, Caldari militia forces are now returning their focus against Federation attackers once more.

The crew of Samanuni’s Caldari Navy Anchorage will soon have new neighbors as the alliance "Absolute Will" began anchoring a new Azbel Class Engineering Complex today. It is currently unclear what specific services the Azbel will include when it is completed and its core turned on.
Caldari Alliance Returns To Onnamon
In an announcement made by the Caldari Alliance through their recently formed “The State News Agency”, the alliance has begun returning to the Onnamon system of Aokinen. The capsuleer alliance in the past once maintained a number of Upwell structures in the system before they were destroyed in a campaign by the Wrecking Machine. alliance two years ago. Only time will tell if they intend to deploy structures again.
SAYR Galactic Escalates Recruiting Efforts
In the past week SAYR Galactic has begun escalating their recruiting efforts. SAYR’s efforts come in response to the increasing reliance on capsuleer forces to augment and support operations conducted by the Caldari State at home, in particular, the continuing repatriation program as well security efforts against radical dissident terrorists & Guristas smugglers. Able bodied capsuleers, especially of historically Kaalakiota & Sukuuvestaa employment are encouraged to join up, however capsuleers of all walks are welcome to apply with one of the five corporations that make up SAYR Galactic.
